Have not posted in a while. Been very busy with a million assignments.
I thought I’d post something a bit relevant to what I’m working on at the moment.

This video doesn’t half make me laugh, but I’m very sure it doesn’t give me much confidence in our Western political system. The fact he has revised a lovely written paragraph and has given various questions a great one answer.
Journalists are classed as the ‘guardian’ of the political system. We protect the information as well as distribute the necessities. So when Ed Milliband is interviewed, you can be sure he is not and should not be one of the voices of the English government.

There are four estates in relavance to print and news journalism.
1. The House of Lourdes
2. The Spiritual (the church)
3. The House of Commons
and 4. The Press

Apparently according to theorists, we (the press) filter the above three. It’s a privileged but also a very difficult responsibility as the press get a lot of the blame for any hic ups.

In the words of Ed Milliband, let us sit around the negotiation table and sort the problem out.
